This e-service allows you to search the past planning decisions (Written Permission (WP), Refusal of WP) and buy planning records (such as WP and the approved plans) for a property. The request can be made by the property owner, prospective owner, appointed agent, the tenant, or the MCST of the development. Written consent from the property owner(s) is required to submit the request.

If you wish to purchase approved building and structural plans, you can submit your request to BCA directly via https://www.bca.gov.sg/pps.

All payments for this e-service are non-refundable.


Search Fee	: $109 (inclusive of 9% GST) per address
Plan and/or Grant of Written Permission (WP)	: $27.25 (inclusive of 9% GST) per set of approved plans
Certified true copy of Approved Plans	: $5.45 (inclusive of 9% GST) per sheet endorsed.
Certified true copy of WP or Refusal of WP before Year 1990	: $5.45 (inclusive of 9% GST) per sheet endorsed.
For WP & RWPs issued on 1990 onwards, you can self-help using URA SPACE (under the section “Planning Decision”) via https://eservice.ura.gov.sg/maps/#.

This form will take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
We will notify you by email once the plan(s) is/are ready within 2 working days.

To determine the document fee for copying the approved plan, a set of plans will include both the proposal plan and sketch plan approved under the same Written Permission.
As long as the plans are available at the time of the search, they will be supplied regardless of any subsequent changes that may take place.
